I love the extra flavor that the Tootsie Rolls added. (The pink ones were cherry.) Pick whatever flavor or color tootsie you want and follow the steps above. However, tootsie rolls tend to melt in these hot summer months, so keep them refrigerated until you’re ready to decorate/serve.
